- What is self storage and how does it work?
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.
- What is vehicle storage and how does it work?
Renting vehicle storage is a fantastic way to get your favorite vehicle out of the driveway and into a secure space. Vehicle storage keeps your vehicle nearby, but out of the way!
- How much does vehicle storage cost?
Our rates vary depending on the size and amenities of the vehicle storage spot you choose.

- What types of vehicles can I store?
Most often, people store RVs, boats and trailers, or antique/collectible automobiles. Not every vehicle will fit in every storage space! If you're not sure, contact us and we'll help you find the right spot.
- Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
- What is the best way to pack a unit?
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

- What should I do before storing a vehicle?
Be sure to remove anything that might spoil or rot before you store your vehicle. Empty the fridge or bait well and turn off any electronics. Some renters prefer to clean their vehicle before storage so it's pristine and ready when they need it next.

- Can I live in my vehicle?
While we're happy to have you store your vehicle with us, we cannot allow anyone to live on the property. Living in your vehicle is against the terms of our rental agreement and can result in legal action.
- What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?
We pride ourselves on making things as simple as possible for our customers. For helpful tips on packing and organizing your unit, head on over to our storage tips page.
- When can I access my stored items or vehicle?
We’re open from 6 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. With access any day of the week, you can make your next move, remodel, or decluttering project work on your time or hit the road toward your next adventure ahead of the morning traffic!
- Do I have to sign a long-term lease to rent?
Not here. Rentals are month-to-month, so you won’t get locked into a long-term lease or get surprised by an early termination fee!
- Are there any move-in fees?
We have a one-time $20 administrative fee for new move-ins. If you’re a returning customer, you don’t have to pay it again! We’re dedicated to transparency, so we’ll say it here: there are no hidden fees at All Brevard Storage!
- Do I need to bring my own storage unit lock?
We’ve got you covered! If you don’t have one already, we’ll include a free lock with rental to help you get settled in. Already have a lock? You’re welcome to bring your own!
- How does your valet parking service work?
When you rent vehicle storage for your boat, RV, spare car, or camper, our professionals will park it for you! It’s stress-free and safer storage, whether you choose outdoor vehicle storage or fully indoor vehicle storage in our warehouse. Give us a 24-hour heads-up for a pick-up and we’ll have it ready for you when you come to get your ride!
- How do I move out?
Let us know 14 days in advance and initiate the move-out process here on our website. After that, you can swing by our office to finalize everything and clean out your storage unit or pick up your vehicle!
- Do you require insurance?
No. We’re up-front about every cost and requirement for storing here, and we don’t think you should have to take out insurance just to store your vehicle or belongings!
- Can I work on my vehicle while it’s stored in the indoor vehicle storage facility?
Yes! Let us know you’re coming so we can let you into the indoor storage facility.
